Fitness Center Receptionist

Job Summary

Responsible for fitness center front desk’s reception functions.

Job Description

-Being the first point of contact for our clients/guests, candidate act as the fitness center gatekeeper.

-Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

-Manage front desk on a daily basis and to perform administrative and clerical tasks.

--Handling Inquiries, perform temperature check and Safe Entry check in and out.

-Managing and overseeing safe distances and practices of gym users.

-Performing ad-hoc administrative duties out of fitness center.

-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

-Maintain reception area and all common area in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

-Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor’s request.

 

Qualifications

-Minimum of 1-year customer service/hospitality experience is preferred.

-Minimum GCE O’/N’ Levels qualification, or higher.

-Professional hospitality accreditation preferred.

-Interest and passion in fitness will be an advantage.

 

Communication and Social Skills

-Able to communicate with English effortlessly.

-Able to exude vibrancy and dynamism at all times.

-Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people, and has a warm and engage demeanor.

-Ability to access circumstances, empathize and offer help.
